Surya mudra kaise kare

  • Sukhasan mein baith jaaye.
  • Dono hatho ko ghutno par rakhe
  • Anamika ungli mod de aur anguthe ke jad mein mila de
  • Is par anguthe ko daba de. 
  • Baaki ungli seedhi rakhe. 

Fayde

  • Yeh mudra cholesterol kam kar deta hai aur soojan kam karta hai. 
  • Maansik tanav door hota hai aur delivery ke baad mahilao ko vapas vajan normal karne mein madadroop hai. 
  • Pachan shakti badh jaata hai. 

Linga Mudra

  • Dono hatho ko jod de aur ungli ko ek doosre mein gooth de
  • Baye hath ki anguthi seedha khada rakhe aur baaye hath ki anguthi aur tarjani se use gher le. 

Linga mudra se sharir mein garmi badh jaati hai, metabolism rate badhta hai aur fat melt hota hai. 

Khechari mudra

  • Is mein hath ka prayog nahin hota hai. 
  • Apne mooh mein apne jaban ko peeche ke taraf hatha de taake gale ke andar utarne ka prayas karta ho aisa lage. 
  • Shvaas le aur aavaaz kar. 
  • Shvaas bahar nikalte samay bhi avaz kare.
  • Jeebh ko normal position mein laaye aur thook ka grahan kare. 

Kanth aur vaani madhur ho jaata hai aur pet par ka charbi pighal jaata hai is mudra se. 

Vaayan Mudra

  • Anamika aur kanishta ko mod de. Tarjani aur madhyama seedha rakhe
  • Anguthe ko anamika aur kanishta se jod de. 

Is mudra se vaayu ka shaman hota hai, pachan sudharta hai aur metabolism improve hota hai. 

Yeh sabhi mudra savere kare aur 10 to 30 minutes tak kare to fayda jaroor hoga.
