Padma Mayurasana benefits in hindi : Kehte hai ki Shivji ne yogasana ka nirman kiya tha aur chune hue gyani ko apne gyan ka fayda diya. Kisi ek ko sabhi asano ka gyan nahi diya. Patanjali ne baad mein sabhi asano ka gyan ekatrit kar ke yoga sutra banaya. Agar aap yogasan ke naam dekhenge to yeh janvaro ke baithne ke pose par adharit hai. Har ek aasan ke fayde hai aur karne ka tarika bhi bataya gaya hai. Aaj hum jaanenge mayurasan ke bare mein. Yeh mayur yaane ki peacock ke pose par adharit hai. 

Jab aap mayurasan apnate hai to aap ka sharir mayur ki tarah dikhai dega. Poora vajan baatho par aa jaata hai aur shrir hawa mein, hatho ke sahare horizontal rehta hai. Mayur asan karne se pehle aap ko thoda stretching aur relaxing exercise karna chahiye.

Yeh asan savere karne mein fayda hai. Aise to har ek yogasana suryoday se pehle karne mein hi laabh hai. To khulli jagah, yane ki verandah ya garden mein yeh asan kare. 

  • Ghutno ke bal baith jaaye 
  • Ab aage ki taraf jhuke
  • Haatho ki kohni ko mod ke apne nabhi par set kare
  • Ab aur aage jhuke aur apna samtulan banaye aur 
  • Ghutno ko seedha karne lage
  • Pair seedhe ho jaaye to hawa mein uthe rehne ki koshish kare
  • Yeh kathin hoga shuruaat mein. Practice se aa jaayega.
  • Kam se kam 5 minute yeh pose hold kare
  • Ab reverse mein jaaye aur dheere se original position pe aa jaaye.

Mayurasan ke fayde : मयूरसाना के फायदे

Mayurasan ke kai fayde hai. Kya fayde hai ab aap yeh jaaniye: 

  • Mayurasan apke gurde (kidney) ko strong banata hai
  • Liver yane yakrut ko fayda hota hai.
  • Chehra khil uthata hai
  • Kandhe aur haath ki maas peshiya majboot banti hai
  • Kabz ke liye mayurasan ramban ilaj hai
  • Madhumeh ke rogi ke liye mayurasan labhkari hai.
  • Aankh sambandhi samasya door ho jaati hai. 
  • Pachan kriya aur pachan tantra majboot ho jaata hai
  • Mayurasan abdominal muscles ko strengthen karta hai
  • Mutrashay aur amashay ke dosh ka nivaran hota hai.

Kya savdhani rakhe

Shuru mein bahut savdhani rakhni padti hai. Pehle attempt mein balance nahin aayega. Pehle attempt mein aap lambe samay tak is pose ko maintain nahin kar paayenge. Jyaada se jyaada ek minute ya kam time tak hi kar sakenge. 

Mayurasan kise nahin karna chahiye

  • Agar aap ko high blood pressure hai,
  • Agar aap ko hriday sambandhit taklif ya rog hai
  • Agar aap ko hernia hai, 

To phir aap mayurasan na kare. Mayurasan ke paschaat aap ko shavasan 2 minute tak karna chahiye.
