Hast yoga mudra benefits in hindi : Hast mudra mein ungliyo ko aur angoothi ko khas prakar se joda jaata hai jis ka labh aphe physical aur mental health par hota hai. Yeh ek holistic health practice hai jis ka kau aur side effect nahin hota hai. Kai aise jatil rog mein bhi hast mudra ka practice karne se chamatkarik labh hota hai. Yoga mudra ka practice karne se immunity badhta hai aur rog door bhaag jaate hai. 

Hast mudra ka aadhar hai yeh manyata par ki hamara sharir panch tatvo se bana hai, vohi panch tatva jo hamare aaju baaju hai. Yeh hai aakash, vaayu, agni, jal aur prithvi. 

  • Aakash (space) khaali jagah ko kaha jaata hai aur hamare sinus, kaan, pelvis aur aise kai jagah par paaya jaata hai. 
  • Vaayu tatva air ko kehta hai. Vaayu hamare movements se juda hua hai, hamare emotions ke saath juda hai aur hamare nerves mein jo electrical impulses behte hai us ke liye responsible hai. Vaayu vikar se Parkinsons jaise rog hote hai. 
  • Agni tatva metabolism aur sharir ke temperature se juda hai aur hamae pachan, pyaas, aankh jaise kriya ke saath juda hai aur agni vikar se obesity ho sakta hai. 
  • Jal tatva taste aur jivan ke sabhi kriya se juda hai. Jal vikar se metabolism related rog hote hai. 
  • Prithvi tatva hamare bones, hair, maas peshi ke saath sambandhit hai. Prithvi tatva ke vikar se aadmi underweight hota hai, thakan mehsus karta hai aur immunity low ho jaata hai. 

Ungli aur tatva ka relation:

  • Angutha Agni tatva se juda hai
  • Tarjani ungli vaayu tatva se juda hai. 
  • Madhyama aakash se juda hai
  • Anamika prithvi tatva se juda hai.
  • Kanishtha ungli jal tatva se juda hai. 

Yoga mudra se aap: 

  • Koi bhi tatva ka vikar ko mita sakte hai. 
  • Agar koi tatva jyaada powerful hai to aap us ka power kam kar sakte hai
  • Isi tarah agar ko tatva weak hai to aap us ka power badha sakte hai hast mudra dwara. 
  • Panch tatva mein imbalance ho to sharir mein vikar aur rog paida hota hai aur hast mudra se aap in vikar ko door karke balance vapas la sakte hai. 

Hast mudra karne ke liye uttam hai ki aap padma asan mein baithe ya to khade khade ya to phir aaram se shant jagah par baith ke practice kare. Kam se kam 15 minute aur jyaada se jyaada ek ghante tak karne se fayda hoga. Din mein 15 minute ek baar ya to teen baar bhi hast mudra kiya jaa sakta hai. 

Ab jaaniye alag mudra aur voh aap ko kya fayda dilate hai. Yaad rahe ki mudra karne ke liye aap padmasan ya sukhasan apnaye ya phir khade rehkar kare. Reedh ki haddi seedhi rakhe aur ek shant jagah par baithe. 10 to 20 minutes karne se hi kuch fayda dikhai dega. 45 minutes tak kare to uttam hai.
