Hasta Mudra for Headache in Hindi : Tension, constipation aur bad food habit ke karan logo ko headache ya migraine ho jaata hai. Goli khaane ke badle mein aap mudra ka prayog kare to is sardar se aap chutkara paa sakte hai. Sar dard ya migraine ke liye mahashirsh mudra, gyan mudra, apan mudra aur jupiter lock mudra ka prayog ho sakta hai.

ज्ञान मुद्रा दूर करे सिर दर्द

  • Padmasan ya sukhasan mein baithe
  • Hatho ko ghutno par rakhe
  • Tarjani ungli ko mod de
  • Angutha aur tarjani ke paur ko mila de
  • Baaki ungli seedha rakhe. 

Apan Mudra : अपन मुद्रा दूर करे सिर दर्द

  • Apan mudra karne ke liye bhi aap baith jaaiye. 
  • Madhyama aur anamika ko mod de. 
  • Tarjani aur kanishta ko seedha rakhe
  • Anguthe ko madhyama aur animaka ke paur se mila de. 
  • 30 minute tak kare. 

Jupiter lock mudra

  • Dono hatheliyo ko amne samne rakhe aur jod de
  • Tarjani ungli do no hatho ke ek doosre ko sparsh karna chahiye aur seedhe rehna chahiye
  • Baaki ki ungliye ek doosere se gooth le. 

Mahashirsh mudra

  • Anamika ungli hatheli mein mod de
  • Baaki ke ungli aur anguthe ko seedha rakhe. 
  • 4-5 minutes tak kare aur gehri saas le. 

In mudra ke aur bhi fayde hai jo kisi aur jagah par bataye gaye hai. Sar dard mein to yeh labhkari hai hi aur aap ko bina koi nuksan ke theek kar denge.
