  • Lauki ka sevan karne ke liye 200 gram lauki ka chilka nikal ke juice kare aur nimbu ka ras daal ke piye bina chaane kyonki is ke fiber ko pet mein jaana jaroori hai.
  • Ubal ke masale chidak ke khaaye ya to daal mein mila ke sevan kare. Jitna jyada sevan karenge utna jyaada fayda. Magar kacha lauki ka juice jyaada nahin peena chahiye. 
  • Lauki mein digestible aur indigestible fiber dono hai jis se aap ko jaldi bhook nahin lagega. Kam khayenge to svabhavik hai ki wazan niyantran mein rahega. 
  • Lauki ka sabji banane mein log jyaada tel ka upyog karte hai to is se lauki ka fayda nahin milta hai. Lauki ko bhaap kar ke kam se kam tel mein tadka deke sabji bana ke khaaye. Kadhi aur daal mein bhi daal ke khaana uchit hai. Lauki aur gehu ya chane ke aate  mein mila ke steam kar ke khaaye.
