  • Shuru mein 30 second se 1 minute aap kar paayenge. Samay jaate yeh period badha de aur 10 to 15 minute take pose hold kare.

  • Jhatka na de, dheeme se position apnaye aur vapas rest position par aaye
  • Naabhi ke neeche ka bhaag kabhi bhi upar na uthaye.
  • Vajan kandho par aana chahiye
  • Rest position mein aate vaqt sar ko peeche ke taraf muda rakhe, neeche na jhukaye.
