  • Apne aedi par baithe
  • Sharir ke upar vale hisse ko apne jangho se sata de
  • Ab dheeme se apne sharir ko aage ki taraf jhuka de
  • Prayatna yeh karna hai ki aap apna sar ko jamin ke saath touch karna hai
  • Haath ko peeche ki taraf, apne aedi ke baaju mein extend kare 
  • Hatheliya jamin ko opposite direction mein ho aur hatheli ke upar ke bhaag jamin ko touch karna chahiye
  • Apne kamar (hips) ko apne aedi ke aur le jaaye aur aedi ke peeche ke bhaag par dabav daale aur saans chode
  • Shuru mein ek minute tak position hold kare
  • Practice hone par samay 10 minute tak badhaye. 

Koi bhi aasan karte samay relaxed movements kare. Jhatke na de. Jaise aap position apnate hai isi tarah reverse mein bhi aasaani se aur dheeme se laut jaaye.

  • Agar ghutne ke cartilege mein problem hai to doctor ke advice par hi kare
  • Pregnant women ko bhi nahi karna chahiye
