  • Apna aahar badhaye : Calories wala khana zada khaye, protien ka sewan kare isse aapki body bahut jaldi banegi.
  • Ye zarur khaye : 1 glass doodh subah aur shaam, 2 se 3 kele subah aur sham, agar eggs khate ho to  1 se 2 subah aur shaam khaye.
  • Vitamins bhara khana le.
  • Fat wala khana khaye : Fat wala khana lene se aapka sharir jaldi badhta hai tel, ghee, makhkhan le.
