Tamater khane se weight kam hota hai mujhe nahi pata tha pehle mujhe din mein bahut bhookh lagtee thi isse zada khaya jata tha jab se mene tamater ka sewan shuru kiya hai bhookh pehle se kam lagtee hai aur isse overeating nahi hotee hain ab pehle se mera weight bhi kam hua hai apka yeh nuskha batane ke lie shukriya
