Vitamins mein khaas kar ke vitamin C, A, B aur E chahiye ho hare sabji aur fruits mein se milenge. Is ka alava zinc bhi jaroori hai. Khadya padarth mein is ki kami hoti hai isiliye zinc tablet lena jaroori hai. Folic acid bhi avashyak hai jo palak, sarso, bhindi, kela aur anaj mein se milega. Folic acid tablet lena achcha hai. Iodine ek aur avashyak tatva hai shishu ke dimag ke vikas ke liye. Fruits aur vegetables mein se iodine milega. Jaroor ho to tablet le. 

प्रेगनेंसी में क्या नहीं खाना चाहिए जो कर सकता है नुकसान

  • Caffeine ki matra kam kare. Din mein sirf ek ya do cup chai ya coffee ka sevan kare. 
  • Seafood na khaaye kyonki is mein mercury or lead ho sakta hai jo ki shishu ke vikas ko rok denge aur birth defects hone ki sambhavna bad jayegi. 
  • Sharab to bilkul na le. 
  • Junk foods, bahut hi masaledar aur tale hue cheez ko seemit praman mein khaaye. 
  • Kachcha vegetables aur kachcha doodh ka sevan na kare. 
  • Fruits bhi khaane ke pehle dho le aur upar ka chilka nikal de.
