  • Khaan paan healthy aur nutritious rakhe. Pregnancy mein jyaada khaana jaroori nahi hai balke paushtik aahar khaana important hai. Fruits, vegetables, nuts aap ke diet mein hona jaroori hai, khaas kar ke green leafy vegetables. Saath mein grains, pulses aur dairy products bhi le. Doodh se jyaada beneficial dahi hai. Bhaari bhojan na kare. Din mein 5 to 6 baar halka bhojan kare jis mein se aap ko constant nutrition milega aur energy bhi. Bhaari bhojan se discomfort lagega. Protein poorna maatra mein honi chahiye aur saath mein fats ka bhi hona jaroori hai isiliye vegetarians ko nuts aur daal, aur non-vegetarians ko chicken aur eggs fayda denge.

  • Bahut der tak chalna ya khade rehna uchit nahin hai. Agar aap job karti hai to chutti le aur ghar par hi rahe. 
  • Bhaari vajan uthane ka kasht na kare. 
  • Seedhi par chadhav-utar kam kare. Lift ka upyog kare. Lift na ho to phir aisa planning kare ki ek ya do baar mein aap apna kaam nipat le. 
  • Junk foods khaana bandh kare. Kabhi kabhi kha liya to koi baat nahin magar regular nahin. Is mein sodium, fat aur sugar jyaada hote hai jis se aap ke metabolism par asar padta hai. Ho sake to fried aur spicy khaana kam kar de. 
  • Bathroom mein khade ho ke snaan na kare. Hamesha ek stool ka upyog kare. Nahane ka paani garam nahin hona chahiye. Sadharan garam paani ka hi upyog kare. 
  • Kapde hamesha loose aur comfortable pehne. 
  • Papita na khaaye. Cheese na khaaye. Seafood ka sevan bhi ichniya nahin hai kyonki is mein mercury or lead hone ki sambhavna hai. 
  • Mobile phone apne sharir se door rakhe. Hands-free earphone set se baat cheet kare. 
  • Mithai adhik maatra mein na khaaye. Garbhvati mahilao ko gestational diabetes ho sakta hai aur adhik mithai khaane se is ka khatra badh jaayega. Meetha hi khan ho to phir fruit, khajoor, angur, anjeer aur shahad ka upyog kare. 
  • Caffeine ki matra kam kare. Sirf do baar chai ya coffee piye. 
  • Tanav aur excitement ko door rakhe. Aisa koi kaam ya baat na kare jis se aap ka stress level badh jaaye. 
  • Paltu jaanvar agar ghar mein hai to contact kam rakhe. 
  • Strong smells se bache kyonki is se vomiting trigger ho sakta hai. 
  • X-ray, ultra-sound aur CT scan na karvaye. 
  • Pet ke bal na lete.
  • Adhik garmi aur adhik thandi se bache.  
  • Soya beans ka istemal na kare. Methi daane bhi kam khaaye ya na hi khaye to achcha.
