Lahsun mein se aap ko milega manganese, phosphorus, thiamine, pantothenic acid, calcium, iron, zinc, riboflavin, niacin, folate, potassium, zinc, selenium, iron aur manganese.   • Kachcha lahsun sab se gunkari hai magar is se shwaas mein durgandh paida ho sakta hai. Agar jyaada lahsun khaa liya jaaye to thodasa acidity aur gas bhi ho sakta hai.  
  • Kai log garlic aur us mein rahe sulphur compounds se allergic hote hai. Un ko diarrhea, aur vomiting ki taklif ho sakti hai. Shwaas lena bhi mushkil ho jaayega. Agar aisa ho to turant doctor ke paas jaaye. 
  • Agar koi mariz anti-coagulant dawai leta hai to lahsun se bleeding badhne ki sambhavna hai. Agar antibiotics lete ho to yeh lahsun ke saath react kar ke reaction paida kar sakte hai. 
  • Lahsun ko hamesha fresh upyog kare. Agar paste banaya hai to is ko khulle mein na rakhe. Sirf fridge mein rakhe. Lahsun ka achar banaya ho to fridge mein hi rakhe varna is mein bacteria paida ho sakte hai.
