Harad benefits in hindi : Harad (terminalia chebula) ya haritaki ek anmol jadi butti hai jo aap ko avashya seven karna chahiye. Is ka istemal khaas karke triphala churna banane mein kiya jaata hai. Yeh churna pet ko saaf rakhta hai jis se rog door rehte hai. Jaaniye harad (triphala) ke benefits hindi mein aur phir ise banaye apne jeevan ka bhag. Yeh amrit samaan hai.
