Thyroid granthi sharir ke sabhi functions ke liye jaroori hai. Pranayam aur yoga

Suryanamaskar, sarvangasan, halasan aur matsyasan avashya kare aur kam se kam 10 minutes ke liye pranayam se din shuru kare. 

Khurak - Hare patte vali sabji

Khurak mein roj koi na koi hare patti vali sabji khaane ki aadat rakhe to fayda hoga thyroid ke function ke liye. Copper, vitamin B group vale sabji avashya khaaye. Fruits mein kela, angoor aur pineapple apne diet mein shamil kare. Doodh aur dahi bhi labhkari hai thyroid ke samasya mein. Sabut anaaj khaaye aur dal ka bhi upyog kare. Tale hue cheese, fried foods, sharab, coffee aur refined flour ke khadya padarth ko baksh de. Jau, moong daal aur chane ki daal uttam mane jaate hai is haalaat mein. Adrak, lehsun aur haldi ka poora upyog kare. 

Yashtimadhu

Yashtimadhu (mulethi) powder ko shehad mein mila ke goli banale aur us ko chooste rahiye ya to phir mulethi ka ek tukda mooh mein rakh ke us ka ras dheere se gale mein utarne de. Saath mein kanchnar gugul goli din mein do baar khaaye. 

Wheat grass

Gehu ke jwar ka ras mein iron aur doosre paushtik tatva hai jo thyroid mein samtulan layenge. 

Spirulina - Iodine

Spirulina ek dariyayi padarth hai. Dariya ka namak aap use kare to aap ko iodine achche praman mein milega. Spirulina bhi ek darya ka product hai aur thyroid problems mein help karega. 

Coconut oil

Ek gharelu nuskha yeh hai ki sabhi doosre cooking oil ka use bandh kar de aur sirf coconut oil ka use kare. Ya to phir sookhe copra khaane ki aadat dale. 

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha ek rambaan ilaj hai thyroid ki bimari mein. Roj savere aur raat ko doodh ke saath drink kare. Ek chamach ek cup mein kaafi hai. 

Paani

Raat ko ek tambe ke bartan mein paani rakh chode.
