  • Yogasan se stretch hoga aur compress hoga aap ke kamar ke aas paas  ke muscles ka set. Kam se kam 20 minute tak 2 se 3 yogasan ka prayog kare. 
  • Stretch exercise kare. 
  • Baith jaiye jamin par. Pair seedhe rakhiye. Ab aage jhukiye ghutne ko mode bina aur angoothi choone ka prayas kare.
  • Jamin par let jaiye. Ab dono pairo ko hawa mein uthaye aur apne  ghutne seedhe rakhe. Ab sharir ka aage ka hissa uthaye. Ya to phir pairo ko seedha upar uthaye, neeche kare aur repeat kare dheere dheere. 

Lehsun ka prayog kamar dard ke liye

  • Lehsun ko crush kare aur sarson ke tel mein daal ke garam kare magar fry na kare. 
  • Thanda karke chaan ke tel bottle mein bhar le
  • Is tel se kamar ke bhaag par achchi tarah maalish kare. 

Namak aur garam paani back pain ke liye

  • Ek desi ilaj for back pain yeh hai ki aap paani garam kare
  • Is mein namak dale
  • Garam paani mein towel bhigoke nichod le

  • Roj savere aur raat ko is ka sevan kare. Ek chamach powder kar ke le ya chaba le.

  • Namak ek saral desi ilaj kamar dard ke liye hai
  • Namak ko tave mein garam kare aur potli mein baandh de
  • Is potli se kamar aur spine ka hissa ko sek de

In saral desi ilaj for back pain bahut hi asarkarak rahenge. Jab bhia aap baithe to kursi mein ek pillow rakhe jis se aap ke back ko support mile aur kamar seedha rakh ke baithe.
