Gharelu nuskhe for constipation : Agar aap ko kabz hai to aap akele nahin hai kyonki aaj kal ke sedentary lifestyle aur khan paan ke aadat mein kabz hona ascharya ki baat nahin hai. Diet pe dhyan dena, exercise karna aur niyamat neend lena to jaise mumkin hi nahin hai. Fikr na kare. Dadi maa ko sab maalum hai aur unhone aap ke liye saral nuskhe taiyar kiye hai jo aap aasani se aazma sakte hai aur kabz se chutkara milega.

क़ब्ज़ का घरेलू इलाज

  • Kabz dur karni hai to kela khaye.
  • Rozana angoor ka sewan karne se bhi kabz dur hota hai.
  • Shaam ke khane mai chawal or moong daal ki khichdi khaye.
  • Triphala ko shahad ke saath mix karke din mai 2 baar khaye.
  • Chukandar ka juice peene se bhi constipation mai rahat milti hai.

Dadi maa ke gharelu nuskhe for constipation (क़ब्ज़ का इलाज)

  • Raat to taambe ke bartan mein paani rakhe.
  • Subah pratah kaal, 5 ya 6 baje, ho sake itna paani piye. Pani ko thoda sa garam karne se aur labh hoga. 3 to 4 glass pani pee le. Ismein nimbu ka ras aur shahad mila le to phiro gun aur badh jayenge. 
  • Digestion improve karne ke liye paani mein kaala mirch powder, yashtimadhu, thodasa jeera, thoda ajwain aur thodasa dill (saunf) daal ke ubale. Yeh aur bhi faydemand hai.
  • Khana khaate waqt pani na piye. Khan eke adhe ghante pehle ek glass pee le aur khana achi tarah se chabaye. 

कब्ज से राहत पाने के असरदार घरेलू नुस्खे

  • Ayurved ne kabz ke liye churn banaya hai jo hai triphala jisme hai amla, harde aur baheda. Raat ko sone ke pehle khaane se pet saaf ho jayega.
  • Isabgol ek aisa cheez hai jis me fiber hai aur paani me yeh phool jata hai aur intestines ko achi tarah se saaf karta hai jaise kisine brush leke ghisa ho. Trifala ke saath ek chamach isabgol milake le to aur bhi uttam hai. 
  • Agar yeh sab ke liye aap ke paas time nahin hai to phir khaane mein hi aise cheez khaaye jis se kabz na ho jaise ki hare patte wali sabji, kakdi, gobhi aadi. Salad ka avashya upyog kare jismein pyaj aur hara mirch ho to phir pet mein halchal machake subah mein saaf kardega. Khaane ke saath ek glass chaach pe le. 
  • Raat ko dry black grapes khaa le to kabz mein rahat milega. Season mein fresh grapes khaaye. 
  • Subah mein aur raat ko sone ke pehle 4-5 spoon til chaba ke khaay. Alternative mein aap 2 spoon alsi ke beej chaba ke khayenge to kabz door hoga yeh dadi ma ka kehna hai. 
  • Viparit karni asan ka prayog kare. Floor par let jaaye aur phir pair hawa mein uthaye aur hawa mein rakhe aur haat se kamar ko support de. Diwal par bhi aap apne pair rakh sakte hai. 
  • Khaane ke baad ek chamach gulkand aur saunf achi tarah se chaba ke khaaye kabz door rakhne ke liye. 
  • Laet kar nabhi ke nichle hisse par hath ko gol gol ghumakar maalish kare.
  • Exercise avashya kare. Kuch nahin to ek adhe ghante tak walk pe jaaye, khaas kar raat ke bhojan ke bad to kabz ki pareshani se aap door rahenge.
