  • Kokam aur Doodh ka sewan kare
  • Phal Ka Sewan Kare
  • Adrak Pudina Elaichi le
  • Dahi mein kele mila ke khaaye. 
  • Anar ke patte ka bhi kaadha bana ke pee sakte hai.
  • Chaach piye magar is mein bhuna hua jeera powder daale.
  • Dahi aur ubale hue alu ko paste bana ke bachchon ko khilaye.
  • Rai ke beej ko paani mein ubal ke yeh  paani din mein 3-4 baar peete rahe.
  • Methi ke beej ka powder bana ke chaach ke saath din mein 3-4 baar sevan kare.

Kele aur ajwain

Yeh ak aasaan nuskha hai loose motions ke liye. Ajwain ko halka sa bhun le aur phir pees ke churn bana le. Pake kele ke saath khaaye to loose motion bandh hoga. Kela aur dahi ka combination loose motions mein deta hai fayda. 

Alsi : दस्त का घरेलू उपचार

Bhune hue alsi ke beej ko chabate rahiye to ek hi din mein loose motion bandh hoga. 

Amla ka beej

Agar aap ko amla ka beej mile to uska powder banale aur chaach mein milake din mein 2 se 3 baar sevan kare to 2 din ke andar loose motions bandh hoga.

Anar

Anar ka chilka halka sa bhun le agni ke upar aur is ka paste banake paani mein mila ke pee le. Anar ke daane ka juice bhi faydemand hai loose motions ke halaat mein. 

Seb (apple)

Bachcho ko loose motions ho jaaye to seb ka paste banake din mein 3 to 4 times khilaye. 

Chaach aur kadhi patta

Kadhi patta ko kuchal de aur chaach mein mila ke piye agar aap ko loose motions ki shikayat hai to. 

Chawal-chaach

Loose motions hone par regular khana bandh kar de aur sirf paka hue chaval chaach ke saath khaaye. 

Coffee/tea

Black coffee aur black tea bina shakkar ke  din mein 3 to 4 baar peene se dast ki taklif kam ho jayegi. 

Aam, Sitaphal, Jamun ke patte

Aam ke patte ka paste banake paani mein ghol kar pee jaaye agar loose motions ko bandh karna hai. Yeh dadi maa ke gharelu nuskhe for loose motions mein se ek achcha tarika hai. Theek isis tarah seetaphal ke patto ka paste ka bhi upyog kar sakte hai. Jamun ka patte bhi badhiya hai loose motions ko control karne mein.  

Aam ki gutli

Aam ki gutli ka andarwala bhaag ka churn ko shahad mila ke chaate to relief milega loose motions se. 

Kokam aur doodh

Kokam ka churan ya to paste ko thande doodh mein milake peene se loose motions mein fayda hota hai. Ek hi din mein aaram milega. 

Tulsi

Tulsi ke patte, beej, daali aur mool ko milake kut le aur is ka kadha banake piye to loose motions mein aap ko milega jald aaram

Adrak, Pudina, Elaichi

Paani mein 3 to 4 elaichi khoob ubale aur phir is paani mein pudini ka paste aur adrak ka paste milake din mein 3 to 4 times pee le. Sirf sonth ka powder bhi gunkari hai. 

Saunf aur jeera

Saunf aur jeera halka sa bhun kar powder bana le aur phir shahad mila ke chaate din mein 3 to 5 times. 

Yaad rakhe ki mamooli loose motions sadharan upayo se mit jayega magar dysentery ya aur koi bimari ho to doctor ki sahayti aur treatment zaroori hai.
