दही खाने के अदभुत फायदे रोज़ खाए दही बहुत लाभकारी

Dahi ke fayde : North se South, East se West, sabhi Indians dahi ka sevan karte hai. Khaas kar ke Punjab aur North India main Dahi aur lassi to kafi matra mein upyog hota hai. Agar Punjabi aur Haryanvi tandurast hai to iska ek karan hai ki yahan dahi kafi matra mein upyog hota hai. 

Ayurved dahi ko bhari manta hai aur aap dahi ko dopahar ya to pratah kal mein khana chahiye, raat ko kabhi nahin agar aap dahi ke faide chahte ho to. Dahi mein namak ya chini malake khana chahiye to dahi benefits (दही के लाभ) maximum hoga.

Dopahar ke khaane mein sirf ek large bowl dahi khaaye jis me jeera powder aur namak milaya ho. Agar aap chahe to ismein kakdi mila sakte hai.   • Dahi khaane se baal ghane aur kale to honge hi magar aap baalo mein bhi dahi mal sakte hai aur bhi ise nikharne ke liye. 
  • Dahi ko bahar hi 3 ya 4 din tak rehne de. Ise baalo mein achi tarah lep kar adhe ghante tak rakhiye aur phir dho daliye. Dandruff aur khujli mit jayega aur baal hare bhare dikhenge. 
  • Dahi mein pyaz ka ras milake baalo mein achi tarah se mal de to baalo ka girna band hoga aur naye baa ka nirman hoga. 
  • Dahi mein heena ka paste ya to methi ke daane ka powder bhi milake laga sakte hai. Yeh dahi mishram hair conditioner ka kaam karega aur baalo ko purna poshan milega.

  • Kudrati saundarya prasadhano mein dahi bahut aksir hai. Alag tarike se upyog kare aur dahi ke faide paaye. 
  • Oily skin mein dahi, multani mitti, haldi aur besan milakar lep karne se oiliness kam hoga, kale daag aur muhase mit jayenge. Narangi ka chilka paste banake bhi ismein daal sakte hai. 
  • Dry skin mein dahi aur haldi uttam hai. Dahi mein rahe lactobacillus tvacha mein se bacteria nikal denge aur tvacha hara bhara ho jayega. Saath saath wrinkles kam honge. 
  • Dahi, tamatar aur khira tvacha saaf karne mein upyogi hai aur aap ko ek glow denge.
