  • Doosra tarika hai ki savere  alsi ka powder paani mein mila ke peene ki aadat dale to pet saaf rahega. Yeh powder aap salad par chidak sakte hai, doodh mein mila ke sevan kar sakte hai, fruit juice mein mila sakte hai aur mukhvas mein mila ke khaa sakte hai.
