  1. Akhrot uses kai hai. Agar yeh shresht aahaar hai to aushadh bhi hai. 
  2. Pathri ke liye akhrot uttam hai. Akhrot ka paste garam paani mein mila ke har roj peete rahe to ek mahine mein sab pathri pighal kar mutra marg se baahar aa jaayegi.
  3. Jo vyakti daad, khujli aur tvacha rogo se peedit hai to  akhrot ka tel (अखरोट का तेल) ka avashya upyog kare tvacha par maalish karne ke liye. Haija aur sharir ke aithne par akhrot ka tel ka maalish fayda deta hai.  Kabz mein shikayat ho to akhrot tel doodh ke saath mila ke raat ko piye. Akhrot ka tel lakva mein bhi upyogi hai. Do teen boond har roj naak mein daal de. Jodo mein dard ho to akhrot ka tel aur sarson ka tel ka mishran garam kar ke maalish kare. 
  4. Bachcho mein kai shikayat hoti hai. Khaas kar ke chote bachcho mein krumi ho jaati hai. To unhe tasty akhrot khilaye, shakkar na khilaye aur dekhe ke ek week mein krumi ka nash ho ajata hai. Kai bachcho ko raat ko neend mein hi pishab choot jaata hai. Aise mein kismis ke saath unhe akhrot khilaye. 
  5. Tvacha ke liye walnut paste uttam hai, khaas kar ke shardiyon mein. Aap walnut oil ka bhi upyog kar sakte hai chehre ke tvacha ko lachila aur hara bhara rakhne ke liye. 
  6. Akhrot ke chilke (अखरोट के छिलके) ka bhi upyog kiya jaata hai. Safed daag mein chilko bhigo ke paste bana ke safed daag par lagaya jaata hai.  
  7. Akhrot ke chilke ka paste baalon mein lagaya jaaye to rusi door hoti hai aur baalo ka rang sudhar jaata hai. Agar akhrot garbh ka bhi upyog kare to baalon ko poshan milta hai aur chamkile ho ajate hai. 
  8. Akhrot ke chilke ka powder bana ke dant manjan ki tarah upyog kare to daant saaf rahenge. 
  9. Akhrot ke chilke ko paani mein ubal kar is paani ko bavasir vaale jagah par lagate rahe to sukh jaayenge. 
  10. Mahilao ko masik dharm mein taklif ho to walnut chilke ka kaadha shahad ke saath har  roj peena chahiye. Masik dharm bandh ho jaaye to akhrot ke chilke ka kadha, muli ke beej ka paste, gajar ke beej ka paste, vavding, amaltas sabhi ko mila ke paani mein ubale aur gud milaye. Paani adha hone par chaan le aur bottle mein bhar ke rakhe aur 50 ml har roj sevan kare.
